NELSON TASMAN
Motorcycle festival.
Two days of adventure riding at its best.
Following successful events in 2024 and 2025 KMC are working with Nelson City council and Tasman District council to host the event again in 2026 for Adventure Bikes, that showcases our region to visitors, and also allows local Adventure riders to enjoy access to a variety of off road trails that would not normally be available. These trails will be in and around the Nelson Tasman region and will include some road, forestry and tracks with some interesting and unusual locations thrown in to test all riders abilities. New or near to new Adventure bike tires for off road conditions are required.
2026
The festival will be held on Saturday the 9th and Sunday the 10th of May 2026 culminating in an evening prize giving in Nelson
In this third year we will be restricting the event to 75 Adventure bike riders. Being located in the middle of New Zealand we hope to attract a number of riders from outside of the region to come to Nelson and checkout our local rides.

THE FIVE YEAR PLAN-Ride the entire lenght of NEw zealand
The course has been planned to provide participates access to a unique range of trails and locations we would not normally be allowed to access.
ONE YEAR AT A TIME
Year One-The Far North.
Start date Sunday 15th February 2026. $3,350.00
Year Two-Central North Island. 2027
Year Three-Lower North Island. 2028
Year Four-Upper South Island.2029
Year Five-Lower South Island. 2030
Each year we will start from the start but you can join us for that years sections (One week) or begin from the top to extend your trip. For example in year 5 you can join us for 1 week in the lower South Island or start with us in Cape Reinga and enjoy 5 weeks of riding.
Final year prize giving will be on Stewart Island
There will be a rest day in between each week.
