Round 1-Rai valley
We’re heading to the hills for another great ride — this time near the Rai Township and as a fundraiser for the local Rai Valley School, at the top of the South Island. Join us on Sunday 29th November for a full day of off-road motorcycling through a mix of private farmland, forest, and back-country trails that are open for one day only.
This ride has been designed for trail and enduro riders who enjoy real trail terrain, with options to suit a range of skill levels. Expect forest tracks, open climbs, and incredible views across the Rai Valley region.

Trail Information
Main Loop: Ideal for competent off-road riders
Optional Sections: More technical tracks for those who want a challenge
Support Crew: Marshals, recovery, and first aid on site
What to Bring
Off-road motorcycle in good condition
Full riding gear (helmet, boots, gloves, body protection)
Extra fuel, water, and basic tools
A positive attitude and sense of adventure

Kohatu Motorcycle Centre is working with local Nelson Tasman land owners to facilitate a number of Trail rides over the summer months. These rides will be for non road registered trail/enduro bikes. The trails will be aimed at intermediate/advanced riders with easy loops where possible.
