Refunds Policy

Whilst absolutely every effort is be made to run the Nelson Tasman Motorcycle Festival , it is possible that all or part of the event may have to be cancelled, or altered, at any stage due to circumstances beyond our control such as a pandemic, a storm or natural disaster. In any of these cases, the event will be postponed. In the very unlikely chance the event is cancelled by the Organisers, any refund made will be at the discretion of the Organisers.​

A participant may be given a refund, less a $40 administration fee, if the participant finds they cannot attend the event for medical or similar reasons up to 14 days prior to the event. There are no refunds within 14 days of any event unless a replacement participant is confirmed.​

Force Majure

Under no circumstances shall Kohatu Motorcycle Centre Limited be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from the Covid pandemic, acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control including without limitation; fires, flood, storms, explosion, acts of God, war, governmental actions or non performance by third parties.
